All sales are final. Because our inventory changes weekly and every piece is one-of-a-kind, we can't accept returns or exchanges.

That said — we photograph and describe every item honestly, and we test appliances before they hit the floor. If something is materially mislabeled, we'll make it right within 48 hours of pickup.
